  • Shipping Impressions

     

    1)Write the patient’s name and doctor’s name on Safety bag. 
    2)Disinfect and wrap each impression individually in a wet paper towel and place in sealed safety bag along with wax bite.
    3)Verify that the perscription form has been filled out completely  including doctor’s name, phone number, and return date.
    4)Call or e-mail and let us know it is on the way.
